Prosecco the best marketing success for many a year. Cava, for me, is a far superior product but not marketed as well. Cava is actually made using the same method of double fermentation that real champagne uses. Most prosecco is made by pumping gas into white wine = heartburn in a glass.

moet or nothing for me. When it comes to fizz i do enjoy veuve clicquot proseco just a posh baby sham!. But i’ll be shopping for a nice red or two tonight, will put up what i buy on here!
