Very strong quins side mind...shows we are starting to build a little depth in our squad,.

More than a little IMHO. We have a very strong squad compared to many and when you look at those still injured, it makes the case for an A team even more compelling.

Plymouth Albion name a strong side for the visit of Carmarthen Quins
Yorkshire Carnegie v Plymouth Albion 211114
For the British & Irish Cup visit of Carmarthen Quins (Saturday kick off 3.00pm) Plymouth Albion have made just four changes to the side that recorded their first win of the season in Jersey last weekend.

Mark Kohler, who joined Albion from Coventry in the summer, makes his first start for the club having recovered from a long standing ankle injury.

Regular centre Toby Howley-Berridge, who was rested for the trip to Jersey, returns to the side replacing Marc Koteczky.

Up front powerhouse prop Tom Fidler is restored to the front row and there is a welcome return at No 8 for Iain Grieve.

Grieve, who has skippered Albion this season, has recovered from a shoulder injury but the captaincy remains in the hands of Fijian international Sam Matavesi who impressed in Jersey.

Carmarthen Quins came from behind to beat Albion 29-16 in the first encounter that was played at Parc y Scarlets.

Plymouth Albion: 15 Jack Arnott, 14 Mark Kohler, 13 Ben Woods, 12 Toby Howley-Berridge, 11 Lewis Warner, 10 Declan Cusack, 9 Cameron Setter, 1 Tom Fidler, 2 Sam Matavesi capt, 3 Andy Tiedemann, 4 Tom Jubb, 5 Neale Patrick, 6 Rob Langley, 7 Eoghan Grace, 8 Iain Grieve replacements 16 Tom Harrison, 17 Dan Pullinger, 18 Ali Bone, 19 Rhys Oakley, 20 Elliot Clements-Hill, 21 Josh Davies, 22 Lawrence Rayner

Referee: Nigel Correll
