About blinking time they have a few pacific island teams in super rugby down under

one based in fiji the other is all pacific islanders playing out of auckland

The top bok sides are in with us now, so everyone seems to be better off from this

Hopefully next step is a pacific islands team in the 4 nations

It is about time. And about time that NZ helped the three island international teams. I checked a couple of years ago and Wales had played more internationals against each of the islands than the ABS had. That's wrong.

The AB's seem more than happy with the status quo keeping the pacific islands down out of all competition and just picking off all their best players. Absolutely disgraceful. Id like to see the pacific islands all now in the super rugby and the 4 nations so their own stars have a home town pro team to play for....This will hopefully see them get stronger and wealthier and see the all blacks shorn of most of the pacific island players (As if they need any more talent anyway?) and level the whole playing field
