So how did someone on the Stoke City forum correctly tell everyone 45 minutes before the "live" draw that Stoke had drawn Palace in the 4th round of the cup? Says his mate on the set told him (before the programme even went on air).
When challenged, he told people to put their houses on it and it would make them rich.

So much for live draw!

Isnt there always a draft draw first?

Not that it makes sense as all of the teams there i doubt they would have drawn the same team twice

It was the comment he made before the draw, after he said it was Palace -
Ring a bookie it's your lucky day!

Bet your family's life savings on it!

The draw is not live. The fans outside are shaking hands as soon as the balls are drawn, there is no way they would be able to get to the front in perfect order in time for the camera.

So are you saying that the footage of the draw (I didn't watch it) was just an earlier piece of film shuvved in the middle of a BBC programme?

Dunno. Just that it's odd that the draw was known and posted beforehand.

Perhaps the risk of it going wrong was too great for The One Show and it was safer to make the draw, under correct scrutiny, earlier and slot it in.

Better than warm balls.
