Bet Jessica is sitting there thinking...yeah after a long hard season what I now need is a hot tub session with a gang of West Wales guys who are between 10 and 30 years older than me...porking out at the sides a bit, going grey or vacant on top, wearing speedo's, and being generally letchy in a Derek and Clive sort of way...

On subject it would be outstanding for the club to embrace these guys and bring them to Parc y Scarlets to show their medals first home game...Dai especially.

He's not a rugby fan, gents (he even mentions the Scarlets too):

Even though hes not a rugby fan we can still invite him down to a game and announce him to the crowd.

Hes a Llanelli boy and it would be a lovely touch.

It does him no harm and us no harm either.

It shows we care.

The Athletics scenario is similar to the Welsh football scenario.

Rhys is a`welsh spaeker too.

His sister is married to a Llandeilo boy.

Rhys garndmother  (mother side) lives in Carmarthen.
