Who are the Supporters Group referred to?

My assumption would be Crys 16??

Nope, it wasn't Crys.

Good luck finding out who this mysterious group are, or how one would join them.

I tried it, and my order wasn't received, and one of the drinks waan't available, even though it was listed on the site.

I'd be interested to hear feedback from anyone else who used it.

Not qualified to comment on what didn't go well on the night as I wasn't there.

However the hospitality sector is really struggling for full time staff, some entities having to close as a consequence.

Against that backdrop I'm not what can be realistically expected from casual labor base, picked up for just a few hours on a weekend evening.

Investment in Tech to limit the labor challenge (like click and collect, automatic glass fills) will help, but I'm not sure whether it would be better to sub contract the whole bar set up to a catering firm.

Absolutely Wil. The Scarlets had a huge number of casual staff who didn't turn up on Friday. The staff I dealt with were helpful and apologetic.

Sounds like Helzbach who has formed a group to help run events etc like the music after Nottingham game. I have no idea though if there’s a committee or anything formal. I found it confusing when I came across the group as I would have thought that this could happen via an events/ help sub group within Crys16 and having competing interests can only confuse. I suggest Crys and the new Scarlets Supporters group actually get together and sort out how they are going to work going forward to avoid confusion and mixed messages. Obviously I don’t know anything about the politics here but it needs addressing I feel

I thought exactly the same when I saw the word official. On the subject of music at the game who chooses it? It’s not the best.

With you on the music SA.
We need something to get the crowd on their feet by time the team runs out.

Really missed Tommo's character and enthusiasm on the team announcements and pre game hype

There are probably a couple of dozen songs which are guaranteed to get most people singing along/ wound up.
