This must surely be the first rugby championship in history where there’s only one point between the top and bottom team after four games? Unbelievably competitive!

Some sad news emerging with regard to French centre Vakatawa. Apparently he will not be allowed to play in the Top 14 due to an ongoing medical condition. Strangely it has not been stated that he is retiring from rugby in general. All should be revealed at a press conference later today.

Time is running out for Worcester Warriors - players will start jumping ship very soon. I felt sorry for Sam Lewis when he was released last season but they may have done him a huge favour.

Really sad news, he was on top of his game the last few seasons and was genuinely regarded as a World Class Player. I wish him all the best in whatever he decides to do next.

Cardiff v Munster pushed back to Saturday afternoon because of a clash with King Charles visiting Cardiff.

Yes Fscarlet & what do we have - a WRU sitting in their Westgate Street hotel sipping their gin and tonics watching the Welsh professional game withering on the vine. The IRFU prove time & again that they are on a different planet when it comes to financing their teams and preparing them for a huge tournament. They are backing Farrell to the hilt in his attempt to be successful at France 2023.

Its a funny world which was brought home to me recently when we have Railway workers, who have been quite prepared to disrupt fellow workers going about their business in the midst of a cost of living crisis but who choose to call of this week's strikes so people can travel to London to look at a dead person lying in state.

Railway workers are about the only ones who stand up for themselves so I support these strikes many more people need to take a stand otherwise the rich will be richer and the poor will be poorer.

We need more wolves and less sheep in the work place

Railways workers often get a bad name, it’s usually painted by the ministers in Westminster.  My late father was a railway worker, he had to work all the hours going (often having to miss out on watching his beloved Scarlets or even the first or last night of our yearly family holiday) just to be able to make a decent living.
A majority of railway workers, the station and track staff are on below the national average salary, which as we know isn’t enough to cope with the current financial and energy crisis.
However, the Tory government and the press only ever mention the salaries of the high skilled railway workers (such as train drivers) in order to try and divide our opinions about them striking and to turn us against them.

Had planned strikes gone ahead, the Tory gutter press would have crucified the union, and the BBC and others would have interrupted their crawlathon to have a go,too.Wise move from the union.
