Billy Mcbryde hasn't played well all season for anyone! Shocking! As I've posted previously, totally over rated, playing in the wrong position and has been given opportunities and specialist coaching for the last four years and still yet to perform to any decent standard. He Is very fortunate to be who he is!

A really poor game. Sir gar wanted to throw the ball about, Y Cymoedd knew that they would try to do this, and just tackled and piled into the breakdown until we lost possession or they intercepted a pass. Under pressure Sir Gar made mistake after mistake and the ref allowed so much to go in the breakdown that Sir gar should have changed tactics and played with more variety ensuring that Y Cymoedd couldn't position themselves in a defensive line and pile in like robots.

Very poor game to watch, second half Sir Gar were clueless, just could not win any set piece ball to get forwrd momentum, scrum and lineout very poor and once the centre was sent off for punching off the ball (frustration) the game was over.

What is nine three on about?! Scrums poor 2nd half? What were you watching you clown?! Line outs poor, half backs poor and back row non existent throughout the game. Scrums weren't an issue at all fool.Ever played the game? Doubt it

And while you are at it nine three you seem happy to justify an idiotic red card for punching? In a final? By an academy player? Very very poor!

So you tell me to grow up "Tim Opolis", it's okay then to speak of a 17 year old boy ie Lloyd Pike in the manner above but not a forum member for talking nonsense? How constructive is that criticism of Pike then? Exactly, sticks and stones. Grow up yourself mate.

And by the way Scarletsbeno1 - Lloyd Pike is a very good player, who doesn't deserve that facile comment. He played out of position today and has had an impressive season for the college and his local youth team.
Goodnight all!!

coleg have been excellent all season long shame they played badly today

our under 18s started like a train this year but tailed off very badly

wales under 18 does seem very political in itls selection, the ashtrays won the under 18 regional final at a canter and were the best side by a street after xmas yet had 2 boys in the welsh team 23?

weird

From what I saw (and the pre-match interviews) Cymoedd seemd to have spent much more time figuring out how to prevent Sir Gar playing the way they like to, and Sir Gar didn't seem to have the flexibility to respond to that.  Good for the opposition coach, and if it's a lesson for future Scarlets players, a good result for them, too.
