Well he has put the last round of the Masters firmly behind him, this is an awesome display by him to win his first Major. Take a bow son.

Knackered today, as I stayed up watching it last night, although I don't play golf myself. Awesome achievement, fair play

Tell me about it mate, i was cursing them slow b@stards in front. The guys commentating couldnt say enough about his achievement. Never looked in trouble really over the 4 days, i think i counted 3 dodgy shots!

Can't remember the last time I wanted someone to win at a major as much as this, the guy's shown great character to come back from the last disappointment this quickly.

That's what sets this performance apart. It was one of the best performance's ever in US open anyway, up there with Wood's destruction of the field at Pebble Beach, but against the backdrop of a meltdown at the Masters, an incredible win! ClapClap

Mention for Woosie too, another win on the senior tour! Clap

Agreed, but boy can he play.
In 1972, Roy Bergiers scored that try and said "that was for you lofty"

Sounds like he should have cut it a bit further to me!

I can hear the excuses now: 'Everything just dropped for me today', 'Best I've played in years', bloody hustlers Wink
