He has yet to turn a game for Wales unlike both Cawdor and Kieran. I’m not saying hes not a good player but if you need a spark then I believe Cawdor is the man off the bench.

I agree Cawdor of the bench is quality he’s extra feisty and seems to want to get involved and prove the coach who benched him wrong

Pivac knows Gareth very well from his time at the Scarlets and Wales. He obviously now doesn’t seem to value him as a starter or finisher as much as Peel has done at the Scarlets. Hardy should logically now be our starter next season but I still like Cawdor as more dangerous. We shall see…

To keep a few things up “our” sleeves, maybe he’s turning Cawdor into a weapon that’s been largely forgotten on the international stage.
