Be nice if we can give this a proper crack and add in some friendlies for the team for them to get used to playing together. The depth we're growing a team with the likes of Emyr, Daf Hughes, Tom Price, Tom Phillips, Shaun Evans, Condy, Steff Hughes, Conbeer, Prydie etc can go far.

A welcome return to the region for Mat Gilbert (Hartpury RFC) and Gavin Cattle (Cornish Pirates)

Interesting so there is a B&I next season. Good news for the squad. Need proper sides available as Hartpury are a quality outfit for example.

That's good to see Matt again. Gavin was before my time.

Cattle came with a decent reputation from Pirates, but looked a little slow and slightly out of his class in the pro-12 (or whatever it was called, then). He looked like a brave but limited player, but (I daresay) a decent bloke.
