Might be a little easier to keep injury and unavailability info in here. Should get an update when the team v Cardiff is announced.
Match v Benetton: Ioan Nicholas, Tomás Lezana, Tom Rogers, Aaron Shingler, Scott Williams, Dan Davis, Phil Price, Lewis Rawlins, Joe Roberts, Carwyn Tuipulotu, Callum Williams, Kemsley Mathias, Samson Lee, Griff Evans, Josh Helps. Injured v Benetton: Josh Macleod (HIA), Johnny Williams (calf?)

DP: “Josh Macleod is going through his return-to-play protocols. I am disappointed for him, it was his 100th cap for us and he lasted 40 seconds or so. He doesn’t seem to get much luck, but hopefully he can recover quickly and get back on the field as soon as possible. Johnny Williams has gone for a scan on his calf and we are waiting for the results on that. It doesn’t look good as it stands, he has been pretty sore the last few days, it is disappointing for him because he is one player who has stood out every game for us. Scotty (Williams) is not far away, he hasn’t trained since the Bristol game but trained this week, Saturday is probably too soon for him though. There is on doubt it does put pressure on the middle with Johnny and Joe Roberts out, but that is what rugby is, someone will step up and take an opportunity I am sure.” https://www.scarlets.wales/article/dwayne-peel-previews-cardiff-clash/ |

Anyone know what sort of injuries the following have and how long until they return?
Josh Macleod - HIA? Back next week? Ioan Nicholas Tomás Lezana Tom Rogers Dan Davis Joe Roberts Carwyn Tuipulotu Kemsley Mathias Think they could be instrumental to getting our season back on track. Not only do they add to our first 15 but add to the squad. Anyone know how long Rawlins has been out for? It’s a professional game and we have Thomson, Fifita and potentially Lezana ahead of him. What I’m trying to say is are we in a place to terminate his contract and free up a squad place.

I think HIA is 12 days, so Josh could be back to the next match.

So team with that in mind here's my team and bench v Zebra
15 - Leigh Halfpenny (for his goal kicking, defence and experience) 14- Johnny McNicholl (need to get the ball to him as often as possible) 13 - Scott Williams (has more pace then Foxy now) 12 - Jonathan Davies (I thought he did okay v the Blues at 12. I think he's more suited to 12 from now on) 11- Ryan Conbeer (another we need to get the ball to as often as possible) 10- Rhys Patchell (about time he starts) 9 - Dane Blacker (deserves the start) 8 - Sione Kalamafoni (never lets us down) 7- Josh McCloud (hopefully he stays on the pitch for longer. I hope he gets a good run now injury free. He deserves a cap) 6- Vaea Fifita / Iestyn Rees / Carwyn Tuipolotu / Aaron Shingler (whoever is available) 5- Jac Price 4- Sam Lousi 3- Harri O'Connor 2- Ryan Elias 1- Wyn Jones Bench 16 - Ken Owens 17 - Steff Thomas / Kelmsley Mathias 18 - WilGrif John 19 - Morgan Jones / Tom Price (maybe Price until Morgan sorts out his discipline as he does give away penalties) 20 - Iestyn Rees / Carwyn Tuipolotu / Aaron Shingler / Morgan Jones / Iwan Shenton / Caleb Salmon 21 - Gareth Davies 22- Sam Costelow 23 - Eddie James / Steff Evans

Good team, my only question would be whether any of your listed choices at 6 are actually fit and available?

Good side, but my only concern is Gareth Davies, His service is painfully slow and his kicking out of hand is woeful.
