Here's a quick up date for you.

A group of us have now been meeting up quite regular since mid march.

Initially we met up with the chairman of the Cardiff Blues Supporters Trust www.calltoarms.co.uk

We then had email contact with the chairman of Bristol Rugby Supporters Trust. http://www.brist.org.uk/index.php

At this point we sent an email to the club letting them know our intention to setup a trust. This was sent to Stuart Gallacher, Huw Evans, Joanna Masters, Gareth Jenkins and Ray Gravell.

Last month we met up with Stuart Gallacher and discussed our plans, etc.

and last weekend some of us met up with Richard Lillicrap from Supporters Direct. http://www.supporters-direct.org

So whats our current plans.... We are hoping to write to the current members inviting them to an open evening in the early part of next season.

for any queries about the supporters trust, you can email us on supporterstrust@scarletfever.org

People who said they could make the original meeting and a few others who have volunteered their services since.

Not sure if I am allowed to say who without their permission.

Theres about 9-10 of us.

edit. sorry, not trying to be vague or hide anything. Just unsure whether to relase everyones usernames or real names if not on the forum.

Just asking thats all. The meeting I was aware of was the initial one on 1st February. There has been no news since but those involved have obviously been very busy.

So what is Stuart Gallchers take on it? What is Huw Evans take on it? etc, etc?

you mentioned inviting the current members to an open evening. did we need to leave our names to be registered as members? as a member do you mean people who are actively involved in it or those who will be interested in being a member of the trust if it get's going? i can't recollect that. i'm all for it and hope it happens

Whats the point in sending me a pm if you put your question on here? I post a question and I`m basically interogated as to why I`m asking it in the first place. As I`ve said, I`m just wondering how they are getting on. There`s obviously been lots of activity and I`m interested as to the views of messrs Gallacher & Evans, how far forward "they" are, etc, etc.
