Brady made the big difference in turning the Pats into a top side. Quite amazingly, he was the 199th pick overall. He's a three time Superbowl winner and twice Superbowl MVP! It's weird the way their draft system works out sometimes.
I also find it ironic that America, such a fundamentally capitalist nation and one which is incredibly hostile towards socialism, has such a communist method for regulating its pro sports leagues! It ring fences the number of teams, has a salary cap, divides merchandise sales for the whole league evenly to every franchise and operates a draft system whereby the worst teams get to choose the best players! That's basically a communist ideology right there. I suppose the Department for Homeland security will read this and ban me from visiting now. All to "protect democracy".

You're right about Brady. He only got some game time after Drew Bledsloe got injured, and he's since become one of the best quarterbacks in history. I think it will be tight and the Giants will sneak it.
