Any chance you can sort out just a transfers package from Bergerac to Brive? (Fill the coach) As there are quite a few of us flying to Bergerac.

Always is.
It's not always about where you end up, it's about how you get there.

This is utterly pointless. I've booked similar flights and two nights in the Ibis for £166 total.

I know the club are doing this because some people always insist on 'the club putting on a trip', but it's really never, ever going to be possible to organise anything close to a value for money trip to central or southern France for a minimum of 30 people.

They did this for Perpignan last year and had the sum total of one bloke and his kid on the trip!

Is this a charter flight with the team? If so are the club trying to recoup the price by selling this package. It's really steep and can't imagine anyone being able to afford this. I remember for Toulon they had a decent price because a few supporters went on the trip. It's a shame as a decent price would really open these trips to a load more fans.

Isn't it possible to charter a plane for the players and supporters only?
Yvonne (my friend from Leinster) told me that their club charters a plane and fills it with the players, staff and supporters, and only charge the supporters the minimum amount to cover costs, no profit. By doing this, the supporters are queuing up to go, which means a fantastic away support or the team.
I know Leinster have a bigger following than us, but I also know how many of us supporters make our own arrangements. All of us out in Castres could easily have filled a plane.  If the price was reasonable, most of us would travel this way, I'm sure.

Sounds like a win win situation for everybody!

this is only going to go ahead if they have 30 people minimum (I'm guessing the more they have over the 30 people figure, the cheaper it gets). So far today they've had about 15 or so people express an interest (I being one of them, as I don't want to make my way over to France by myself for my first ever away trip).

It is a bit expensive though, although if I was looking at going myself, all in I'd be looking at like £375 from what I've seen that would be easiest for me, so it's not really that much of a difference. I'm just happy the Scarlets are actually looking into putting this on for the fans, and are communicating so well with us.

I have booked flights and the Ibis in Brive for three nights, would I be correct in thinking season ticket holders could use there 10% of away travel on this official Scarlets trip and deduct nearly £40 pound of trip .

I used my 10% voucher on bus trip to Sale on Saturday paid a tad over £16 .

We have a space in the car for one person to travel to and from Bergerac airport. Get yourself a flight at £108 and you're sorted.

There are 9 or 10 of us on that flight pimp. For some reason the official trip is going earlier in the morning.
