Is anybody else out there as myself who are surprised that our MP who is divorced with no children, has claimed £4,800 for food, compared to Nick Hurd MP maried with 4 children who hasn't charged a penny!!!! (Figures courtesy of Daily Telegraph)

Nia Griffith (Llanelli), Labour: Overpaid by a total of £4,099.77 for mortgage interest in three years (£475.89 in 2006-07; £2,248.25 in 2007-08; and £1,375.63 in 2008-09). Total - £4,099.77 - paid.  - second highest overpaid claim in Wales!She has paid it back though - fair do's!
