Meeting re Barn Supporters Village Setup Wed 28th

We have now had a full season at Parc y Scarlets and the changes that have occurred since the move to our new home has been substantial, both on and off the field. Our reliance on older overseas players has stopped, to be replaced with a young talented and exciting squad.

Off the field the communication between the Region's management team and the supporter is as open as it ever has been and the matchday experience keeps improving.

Possibly the most significant change in this respect has been the introduction of the supporters village, in the training barn, which has become the envy of many of our rivals.

However, to prepare the barn for match day requires a significant amount of work in laying down the mats and delineating the various areas.

The training barn is itself a success, being heavily utilised by the community and the Scarlets alike.

To avoid cancelling too many sessions the time available to prepare the barn is, therefore, limited.

CRYS 16 feels that this is an area we supporters could help the Scarlets and are seeking volunteers.

To explain a bit more of what is involved we have asked Jon Daniels of the Scarlest to come and talk to us on Wednesday the 28th of July at 6.30pm in the Quinnell lounge.

Hopefully we will have sufficient assistance to ensure that as individuals we will only have to commit to a few weekends and that it wont affect our match day experience too much.

It's appreciated that not everyone will be able to attend that night but if you would like to know more just contact us and we will try and provide you with as much information as possible.
