The Laws haven't changed, but the implementation of Referee led TMO assistance has significantly. IMO this is a good thing, as one of the first laws of Rugby is "The Referee is the sole arbiter of the game" ! I thought Steve Walsh's use of the TMO was outstanding in re-enforcing this. |
