Nice to see the team G Jenkins was coaching had 100% unbeaten record in New Zealand. Well done Gareth Jenkins.

Hope he comes back with some pearls of wisdom.

that's great for gareth, lets hope his passion for the game has been renewed.

The stadium may change, but the dream will remain the same!

Hopefully he can now concentrate on US for a couple of years now, with a few new ideas (hopefully not off SCW). Instead of seeming to put the Wales job and then the Lions role in front of us.

i think that was one of the problems last year, he wasn't fully concentrated on the scarlets. as another topic way back when said - one more season (or two let's see what happens with the 'new' squad)

I wil NOT be buying drinks for everyone tomorrow. ONLY Geordie Scarlet. My original statement was taken out of context.

I'm sure there was nothing deliberate about it - GJ must have been absolutely shattered when he didn't get his dream job, and was probably pretty low inside - I'm sure the Lions tour will give him a lift, and expect much better things in September.

Seem to remember he and Nigel went to NZ on a junket last year, Sorry trainig mission lol and what did we get? the worst season for many years. So as you might imagine not expecting much again this year.
