Nice to see the team G Jenkins was coaching had 100% unbeaten record in New Zealand. Well done Gareth Jenkins.
Hope he comes back with some pearls of wisdom. |

Hopefully he can now concentrate on US for a couple of years now, with a few new ideas (hopefully not off SCW). Instead of seeming to put the Wales job and then the Lions role in front of us.

i think that was one of the problems last year, he wasn't fully concentrated on the scarlets. as another topic way back when said - one more season (or two let's see what happens with the 'new' squad) |

I wil NOT be buying drinks for everyone tomorrow. ONLY Geordie Scarlet. My original statement was taken out of context. |

I'm sure there was nothing deliberate about it - GJ must have been absolutely shattered when he didn't get his dream job, and was probably pretty low inside - I'm sure the Lions tour will give him a lift, and expect much better things in September. |

Seem to remember he and Nigel went to NZ on a junket last year, Sorry trainig mission lol and what did we get? the worst season for many years. So as you might imagine not expecting much again this year. |
