no, i'm dropping him on the basis that he did sod all all game. he wasn't the only one though. for a player with obvious talent his workrate is nowhere near high enough at international level. look at shanklins workrate for instance, henson doesn't come close. i'm sorry but he better buck his ideas up if he wants a future at international level. no need to worry though he could always record a few duets with charlotte! |

I agree with you here to a certain extent. On Saturday the ball wasn't coming his way so maybe he should have gone looking for it. It's difficult to comment on as we don't know what the team orders were. I don't think Shanklin's work rate is any higher. It certainly wasn't during the six nations though the set move where Henson went on the wide arching decoy run and Shanklin came on the short ball with Morgan on his shoulder might have given you this impression. It was used a lot (to great success :)) I don't really understand why anyone would single out Henson after Saturdays game there were numerous worse performances. Maybe you just don't like him and you were waiting for the opportunity to *** him off? Edited by yedarts |

i believe henson has bags of talent but just doesn't use it which is a great shame. the guy could be world class if he puts his mind to it. i also said in my post he wasn't the only one on the field who was non existent! i'm also sticking to my view that shanklin's workrate is on a different level to hensons, especially during the six nations. |

Lewsey, Robinson, Alfie, Henson, Murphy, Jones, Peel, Jenkins, Thompson, White, O Callaghan, O Connell, Easterby, Jones, Moody. The whole thing has been hugely depressing though. |

Charlie Hodgson, Andrew Sheridan, Ollie Smith and Ben Kay are also all out of consideration for the third Test. Meanwhile, Gareth Thomas, Neil Back, Shane Horgan, Gethin Jenkins and Will Greenwood have a variety of ailments. Jenkins' ankle injury makes him the most serious concern of the other five doubts, with Back (throat infection), Thomas (virus), Greenwood (shoulder) and Horgan (hamstring) all confident of recovering. |

Some of us always thought it would be depressing! Your team looks OK, but Henson is out and Robinson is not showing anything, so what about: Lewsey, Murphy, Alfie, D'Arcy, Cueto, Stevo, Dwayne, Jenkins (if fit), Thompson, White (only because Sheridan is injured - otherwise Jenkins moves to TH), O'Callaghan, C0ckbain, Easterby, Moody, Jones Bench: Cusiter or Dawson, Hodgson (if fit) or O'Gara, Horgan, Shane Williams, Martyn Williams, Byrne, Rowntree It is getting hard to keep track, what with the injury revolving door! |
